Vendor Management
We coordinate with third-party vendors but are not liable for delays or issues caused by them beyond our control.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the conduct of guests. Any damage to property or equipment during the event will incur additional charges.
Force Majeure
Vinayaga Events is not responsible for non-performance due to events outside our control such as natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
Intellectual Property
All creative materials produced by Vinayaga Events remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
